Chamber PAC Endorses Wichita Mayor Jeff Longwell and 
Incumbent City Council Members in General Election

Wichita, KS - The Chamber's Political Action Committee (PAC) has voted to endorse Wichita Mayor Jeff Longwell in this year's mayoral election as well as City Council Members Jeff Blubaugh (District IV), Bryan Frye (District V) and Becky Tuttle (District II). The general election takes place November 5, 2019.

Chamber PAC Chairman Frank Suellentrop (Chairman of Legacy Bank), said, "We work closely with elected officials to ensure that we have the best possible business climate in Wichita. We’re endorsing our current Mayor and City Council members based on their past support of the business community, economic development initiatives and the Chamber’s programs.”

The endorsements also include financial support for each of the candidates. Under the Kansas Campaign Finance Act, the maximum campaign contribution for each candidate from a PAC is $500 per election cycle.
